Pre-Apprenticeship

Students who complete training through HBI Job Corps and HBI PACT meet the standards for pre-apprenticeship, qualifying them for entry-level employment in their respective trades:

HBI Job Corps provides the framework needed to build a successful career in construction – trades training and employability skills.

HBI PACT programs customize HBI's flexible national building skills training model to best meet the employment needs of the local construction businesses in the communities where they have been established.

HBI seeks experienced workers from the home building industry to volunteer as mentors for youth in 28 cities in 11 southern states.
