Make It Happen is the central theme of the Home Builders Institute’s careers campaign initiative. The campaign provides a much needed gateway for home builder associations, NAHB members, educators, students, parents and others to access information on careers in the construction industry. Campaign print materials include a dynamic fast-paced video, a colorful informative brochure and a movie style poster. The brochure and poster are available in English and Spanish. HBI recognizes the importance of “getting the word out” about industry career awareness and exploration at all levels.
The National Housing Endowment (NHE), is the philanthropic arm of the National Association of Home Builders. In 1987, NAHB and a visionary group of leaders in the housing industry created the National Housing Endowment to ‘build a foundation’ to help make the American dream of homeownership a reality for present and future generations. The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) is a Washington, D.C.-based trade association whose mission is to enhance the climate for housing and the building industry. Chief among NAHB’s goals is providing and expanding opportunities for all consumers to have safe, decent and affordable housing. As “the voice of America’s housing industry,” NAHB helps promote policies that will keep housing a national priority.
