PACT CORE
The HBI Pre-Apprenticeship Certificate Training (PACT) CORE certificate is earned by students who demonstrate their practical grasp of general safety, construction math, the proper use of hand and power tools, blueprint reading, vocabulary and employability skills. A student who has earned this certification has passed the end-of-course assessment and a comprehensive performance-based assessment evaluated by the instructor.
